REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE May 1, 2026
THIS IS NOT THE DATE YOU DROP OFF YOUR QUILT but your entry form MUST be completed and turned in by this date.
YOU MUST INCLUDE A COLOR PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR QUILT WITH ENTRY.
You may either email a digital picture of your quilt or you can attach a printed picture to your form that you either mail in or drop off in person.
You have 3 options to turn in your form:
- Drop completed entry form including picture off in person at the Lulu and Hazel Quilt Shop, 502 Bryan Drive Durant, OK 74701, any time on or before May 1, 2026
- Mail completed entry form including picture to the Lulu and Hazel Quilt Shop, 502 Bryan Drive, Durant OK 74701, on or before May 1, 2026
- Email a copy of completed entry form including picture to entries@quiltfestdurant.com on or before May 1, 2026
We are excited to announce, new for 2026 our first ever Them Catagory!In honor of the Semiquincentennial
of the United States of America, our themed category this year will be “God Bless America!” All quilts
entered in this category must be of a patriotic nature. Any construction method will be accepted in the
themed category, as long as the quilt meets the general rules for entry.
Please note, you are not requirted to make a patriotic quilt to enter the show just as you are not required
to enter a quilt into the theme catagory. But if you do wish to enter a quilt into the theme catagory,
the quilt must be patriotic.
